Matthew 5:5
“Blessed are the humble, for they will inherit the earth.” (Matthew 5:5 CSB)
“Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.” (Matthew 5:5 ESV)
“Blessed are the gentle, for they shall inherit the earth.” (Matthew 5:5 NASB)
Humility is not Fragility. Meekness is not Weakness.
Being humble simply means that we have been broken of our self-will and come under the will of God.
THE BIG IDEA:
Jesus taught us that a life of humility leads to living free from being overwhelmed resulting in living the blessed life.
