The Bible is meant to do more than just meet our needs for comfort, understanding, and inspiration; it is meant to move us into action.

 “For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.” (Philippians 3:20)

There is nothing more valuable than truly knowing Jesus Christ.

THE BIG IDEA: God has given us great examples to follow in the Bible, and we are to be those examples to others for the sake of the gospel.

As God works in and through us perfecting us, we must choose to let our light shine in such a way that people are drawn to Christ, rather than pushed away from Christ.

There is nothing in all of creation that won’t give God glory at the appointed time.

When Christians walk in humility that results in unity, we can experience true joy.

THE BIG IDEA: As we live our lives for Christ advancing the gospel we are assured that in death we will be with Him in paradise.

Genuine love for others is accompanied by demonstratable action: praying, giving, supporting in difficult times, and partnership in mission.
